The Great Jones Peated Scotch Cask Bourbon carried the unmistakably peaty essence of fine Scotch, paired with the smooth, well-balanced character of New York bourbon.
Great Jones Peated Scotch Cask Bourbon is crafted from corn, barley, and rye grown in the legendary Black Dirt region.
Aged in white American oak barrels for seven years and finished in peated Scotch casks for two more, this limited Distillery Exclusive release now stands as a retired chapter in the Great Jones Distilling Co. story.

FINISHED BOURBON
This 4-7 year old Great Jones Straight Bourbon, matured in New American Oak casks, was finished in Wölffer Estate’s Cabernet Franc Barrique wine barrels for over a year, and finally, cut with Catskill Mountain water. Distilled from the finest New York ingredients, it’s a blend of Manhattan’s spirit and Hampton’s soul.
In pursuit of a higher standard and united in innovation, Great Jones Distilling Co. Head Distiller, Celina Perez and Wölffer Estate Winemaker, Roman Roth joined their crafts to blend the Empire State’s very best.
